Vickie Smith is the sole owner and CEO of Infinite Beginnings, LLC. Since a small child, Vickie has had a passion for helping underserved populations and empowering others to live their very best life. This passion lead Vickie to her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Florida in Recreational Therapy. From college, Vickie embarked on working within Memory Care leadership, however during this time, found her true passion for Mental Wellness and Substance Use Disorders. This propelled her to establish Infinite Beginnings, LLC in 2011. Since the inception of Infinite Beginnings, LLC, Vickie continues her commitment through supporting the underserved, advocacy work, education, and equality for all. In her spare time, Vickie enjoys traveling with family and friends, working out, and attending a good cookout.


Tequila Sanford, MSW

Regional Director of Operations

Tequila is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Associate, who has over 15 years of experience in a variety of settings with diverse clients, including long-term and brief interventions. Tequila graduated from the University of Louisville, KY with her graduate degree in Social Work. Tequila is continuously seeking to gain more skills and broaden her education. Tequila has engaged in over 70 hours of evidenced based training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Tequila believes that change happens when people are given the guidance, they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives. Tequila provides an environment of compassion and support to help individuals overcome obstacles to move forward and thrive


Sakinah Henderson, QP

Community Services Supervisor

Sakinah Henderson is a Qualified Professional (QP) with a background in Human Services. Sakinah has served populations which include Incarcerated inmates, those who struggle with persistent Mental Health issues as well as morbid Substance Abuse issues. She graduated with her BA in Psychology from New Jersey City University in Jersey City New Jersey and is currently pursuing her MBA from the University of Phoenix. She has had many faces from a bank teller, Substitute Teacher, Benefits Specialist to a DMV Title Preparer however Sakinah has always been led by her heart back into the Human Services field as she feels from a young child that It has always been her calling, to help, support, protect and guide others. She believes in dedicating herself to those who are underserved. Sakinah has served as an advocate for many, being a voice for the voiceless, always believing in reaching a hand back.  She believes that compassion, understanding and integrity is a driving force. Sakinah’s philosophy is  that each day you get up and exhale that you have a purpose and that the vision is to be a better version of the you from yesterday.



Thelma Howell, QP

Program Manager, Gaston Region

Thelma has worked in the field of human services and mental health for over 25 years. She find her motivation and drive for what she does because of her compassion to help others. In her leisure time, she enjoys volunteering in the community, reading, working out, traveling, line-dancing, recreational activities and spending time with her family. Thelma’s philosophy on life is “Do not fear failure but rather fear not trying”.


Kimberly Watson-Holden

Program Manager, Lincoln Region

Kimberly Watson-Holden has had the privilege of serving the special needs community for ten plus years.
She states, “It has been a privilege to walk with those who stumble and fall. Privileges of seeing Folks burst through that forbidden wall.”
A Wife, Mother of one Son, and a Grandmother. I am a proud mother of a Military Veteran, two fur babies, and one precious grand daughter.
I’ve worked in Hospice, Group Homes, DSS, however, I love working within PSR the best.
